Title: Engines Compliance Analyst
Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Onsite)
Duration: Full-Time
Compensation: $70,000 – $90,000 base + 5% bonus *Salary is determined based on various factors including experience, education, and certifications.

Summary
This is an ideal role for a rising finance or accounting professional (2–3 years of experience) who wants to sharpen their analytical, compliance, and process improvement skills under an established and collaborative leadership team. This role blends forensic accounting, continuous improvement projects, and central process support , offering visibility across multiple plant locations and business functions. You’ll learn firsthand how manufacturing operations tie into financial performance while working within a global aerospace leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform deep analysis of site-level accounts and reconciliations to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Support U.S. compliance lead during balance sheet reviews and peer reviews, assisting with detailed investigations.
- Maintain and continuously improve the Red Flag Generator tool to enhance visibility into risk areas.
- Support analysis of controls and trends through monthly flux review.
- Partner with the segment finance team to streamline accounting processes — including reconciliations, chart of account usage, and elimination of roll-forward reconciliations.
- Contribute to process improvements around absorption testing, standard cost updates, and other operational finance initiatives.
- Assist with central reporting and annual analyses (e.g., Hart-Scott-Rodino, SAB104, Goodwill testing).
- Track and report commercial contract pricing and cost-reduction performance.
- Provide ad hoc analytical and reporting support to segment finance leadership.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in finance and/or accounting.
Preferred
- Manufacturing or industrial experience.
- Working knowledge of GAAP and cost accounting principles.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and database querying.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work cross-functionally.
- High energy, detail-oriented, and eager to grow into broader financial leadership roles.
