Our client is building a new kind of frac company and we are hiring 3 Vice President of Maintenance for US, Canada and Argentina to join the executive team and lead all engineering strategy for frac fleets and equipment. This is not a legacy corporate role, it’s a chance to be part of the founding leadership team, influence the company’s growth, and take ownership of engineering excellence on a global stage. You will oversee maintenance strategy for frac fleets and heavy equipment while building a world-class organization from the ground up.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of maintenance leadership in oilfield services, frac, or heavy industrial environments.
• Track record leading large teams and driving uptime/reliability across fleets.
• Strong background in pressure pumping or hydraulic fracturing equipment.
