Summary:
We are seeking a Travel Coordinator to support a growing enterprise team in managing corporate travel and relocation logistics. This role plays a key part in coordinating booking arrangements, reconciling expenses, and maintaining process documentation across various business functions. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while delivering excellent internal customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end travel arrangements for various business functions, including new store setups, university hiring programs, inventory initiatives, and general business trips
- Support relocation needs and manage traveler communications with a focus on service and accuracy
- Reconcile travel and relocation expenses, including managing bank transactions, invoices, and internal trackers
- Maintain relocation logs and trackers; distribute and track post-travel surveys to gather feedback
- Create and refine internal process documentation for travel and relocation activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support personnel to ensure compliance with corporate policies and guidelines
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (ability to maintain trackers, summarize data, and generate reports)
- Experience coordinating and tracking group travel logistics
- Understanding of corporate travel and relocation processes
- Excellent attention to detail, strong organization, and prioritization skills
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to take direction from multiple team members and work effectively in a collaborative environment
