Title: Paid Media Manager

Location: Houston, TX (4 days onsite per week)

Duration: Direct Hire

Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical Paid Media Manager to own and scale a multi-channel paid acquisition engine, with a primary focus on Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, and Local Services Ads). This role is responsible for driving high-quality inbound leads and revenue, not just traffic volume. You will manage a significant paid media budget, optimize campaigns for conversion efficiency, and expand local market coverage across a large national footprint. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role—ideal for someone who enjoys working directly in platforms, analyzing performance data, and continuously improving results.


Responsibilities

• Own and execute paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Local Services Ads) and supporting channels

• Manage and optimize national and local lead generation campaigns

• Expand and scale campaign coverage across new markets and locations

• Optimize campaigns based on lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI

• Continuously test bidding strategies, targeting, and campaign structures

• Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes

• Drive high-intent inbound leads that convert into revenue

• Balance cost efficiency (CPL/CPA) with lead quality

• Partner with internal teams to improve conversion rates across the full funnel

• Evaluate and improve landing page performance including bounce rates, engagement, and conversion rates

• Provide direction to UX and design teams to enhance conversion performance

• Take a full-funnel approach from ad click through final conversion

• Manage external agency partners for campaign execution in select markets

• Delegate work where appropriate while maintaining ownership of overall performance

• Ensure agency accountability to KPIs and measurable results


Qualifications

Required:

· 5+ years of hands-on experience in paid search and performance marketing

· Deep expertise in Google Ads, with strong experience in Search campaigns required

· Proven success driving lead generation and conversion performance

· Strong analytical mindset with experience optimizing CPL, CPA, and conversion rates

· Familiarity with analytics tools such as GA4 and conversion tracking

· Ability to work independently and own outcomes end-to-end

· Strong focus on measurable business results and campaign execution

Preferred:

· Experience with Performance Max and Local Services Ads

· Experience managing large paid media budgets

· Experience working with landing page optimization and conversion rate improvements
