This role is ideal for someone with 2–4 years of experience in financial or data analysis who’s ready to take ownership of projects and grow into a strategic partner across multiple departments.

What You’ll Do:

• Analyze monthly financial and operational performance to spot trends and explain variances
• Build financial reports and visual dashboards that tell a clear story
• Work closely with senior leaders to deliver insights that influence decision-making
• Partner with teams across the business to support budgeting, forecasting, and initiative tracking
• Help build models to evaluate new business efforts, campaigns, and cost drivers
• Take part in cross-functional projects that directly impact the bottom line

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Around 3 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or data-heavy roles
• Strong Excel skills (Power Query is a plus!)
• Comfortable with large data sets—bonus if you know some SQL or Power BI
• Eager to learn, curious by nature, and ready to grow with guidance
• Able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
• A team player who wants to build their career in a supportive, collaborative environment
